FLIGHT LEVELS CHANGED?

Recommended Posts

As I am writing this I am on a flight form KRHP Andrews NC to Hot Springs VA KHSP. Oddly, when I started the flight, RC noted that the T/L at Andrews was FL120 (12000ft msl) while the T/L at Hot Springs was F/L180 (18000ft msl). What's up with is?? Has the rest of the U.S. seceded from North Carolina?

not that i know of. did you override the transition altitude/level on the controller's page, accidentally?if not, make a log, and run rc/fs for a couple of minutes, get atis, and then send me the log.jd

Thanks John. I'll check out whether I overrode the T/A level next time I fly and make a log if necessary. Hopefully I'll be able to do it this weekend. I am relieved that we didn't secede from NC in the last few days. :(

Thanks for the file line John. Hopefully, I'll get to install it tomorrow. That computer is down right now.
