PMDG 747-400x

Hi guys!As you know I have a pmdg 747-400x.I have tried to put the route on the map( inside cockpit ) using the Flight Management Computer, but I can't put the route planed on the course map.Can Anyone tell me how to do it?Thanks! Thomas Achille

Did you check the manuals especially about the FMC? They are really good and explain everything with pictures too.Seems like your flight plan must be activated to show up on the ND. The "exec" key will be your friend but that's just one small step on getting the 747 running.

Hi! Yes I did try to go on the manual for the fmc but I didn't really find anything that could help me.I press the "exec" button when it lights up.There is something strange with the plane... after I go on the fmc the artificial horizon turns black(with all tthe other instruments)...???The airplane sort of resets after a bit.Is that normal or can that be a cause of my problem?Thank you for have written! Black displays usually show a verification problem in some way. Strange that the FMC is accessible then. I'd say you turn over to the PMDG forums here at AVSIM and look up the black screen thing first.Thereafter maybe a step by step following of the FMC manual helps with your flight plan. ND display should be set to "MAP" or "PLAN" mode if you want to see the lateral path.
