Night ground textures blurry with POSKY 777 and 747-800

Featured Replies

I am having problems with the POSKY 777 Freighter and the 747-800 at night. When the landing lights are activated my ground textures become blurry. When the landing lights are off they are fine. My other aircraft including POSKY aircraft do not cause this. I have changed video drivers and nothing cures the problem. I would post this on the POSKY forum but they seem to get a little testy when you post a problem with their aircraft over there. I'm running windows 7 64 bit with an E6600 overvlocked at 3.2 ghz. 4 gb of ram and a 8800 gts video card. All are running fine. Here is a pic to show you. This only happens at night with the two aircraft. Landing lights on. Landing lights off it is fine. Thanks,Jeff

Have you tried the Project Open Sky forums?http://www.projectopensky.com/index.php?act=idxYou are more likely to find others with the same experience there.John

John,I searched thru the forum over there and found nothing this weekend. I reinstalled, double checked the aircraft.cfg and panel.cfg. I guess I should post over there. It seems though that when people post problems over at POSKY they get lambasted. They seem to take it as being ungrateful for their hard work. I have nothing to lose I guess. Thanks,Jeff

Yeah, fair enough, I understand. I've never used that one but I have found other so-called "support" forums that don't like the world to know there are problems with their products. Sad, innit?Good luck with your searches.John
