Lay off a bit. I admit to making more than fair use of the "fair use" doctrine. I've made a few mix tapes for friends. I may have pirated a few 5.25" floppy games. I distinctly remember defacing some US currency and I've even cut the tags off my mattress.The ones with a conscience pay back their debt to society as a whole, and, hopefully, to those they specifically owe money to. B737lvr isn't going to bring down PMDG.The ones who lie, cheat, and rob without remorse are the real trouble. I probably wont have the system to run the NGX (i am NOT entirely sure! PMDG may surprise us again :D) but when i get the cash im gonna buy it anyway to try and for when i upgrade my hardware this fall/winter.Definition, Trialcy:To illegally download payware software and keep it for a limited time as a trial and make a purchase afterwards.Now i am going to be totally honest here, I DO pirate some software for flight Sim but not for keeps. i use it as a trial before i buy. Believe it or not doing that has saved me from buying some crappy add-ons (LD767, i tried it, wasn't really the visual modeling i was looking for, than i realized that i probably wont even fly it that much.) so i bought the CS757. I was happy with THAT purchase. I NEVER keep the add-ons i download for more than 3 days, i am very strong on the economy and it angers me when people go on team speak and say: "anyone want 'INSERT SOFTWARE HERE'? I have the cracked version. Don't worry its totally legitimate!" (yeah how is that so legitimate :()I really never do the, what i call "Trialcy", that much. I did do it with the PMDG FS9 737 and 747 but i didn't like the visuals on the 737 and i knew i wouldn't fly the 747 that much. like i said in all i ended up buying the CS 757 FS9. When i used FSX in early 09' i also "Trialled" the Ariane 737 and i was disgusted at the way they do business. I haven't done "Trialcy" since, though.Also, since we all already know what the NGX is gonna be like (Jaw dropping heaven) i wont be doing trialcy (i wouldn't have in the first place, PMDG puts a lot of work in their stuff) As soon as i get the Cash i will buy it, whether or not i can run it LOL.PMDG,Maybe can you start a Demo program for all of your aircraft? When buying aircraft its really hard to buy them with out test driving them. It's like buying a car without test driving it. I personally think the community would greatly appreciate it.

Sounds to me that since he has admitted to illegally downloading the FS9 PMDG 737 & 747 that he owes $134.85 to PMDG (total cost to D/L from website). Plus another $39.95 to Flight1 / Level D (FS9), and another $88.95 to Ariane (FSX). That is a total of $263.75. :(

Then again, he could be making it all up, the pirating, that is.I could just as easily say I downloaded the PMDG 737, 747, MD-11, JS41... The Level-D 767... The Flight1 Super 80... The AirSimmer A320...ANDDistributed 4 times over to a couple of friends of mine. Oops, should'nt have said that, that means I owe a few companies a total of about 1500$. Did I tell you I like to have these planes for both FS9 and FSX? Add another 600$. Oh and I almost forgot, I have a thing for freighters... 200$.Guess I shoulda kept my mouth shut. btw, I'm just joking.

thank youandMaybe these people will listen to you. But they are all probably too busy talking about killing and eating innocent wild life animals.I try everyday to convince people not to pirate. Yet i get flamed for doing it a year ago. I have done NO harm to PMDG. NONE. i have not one of their products pirated on my computer. people if you all really didnt like piracy than you wouldnt go against me and would actually stand by me in stopping piracy. Laziness is a growing problem in this community. All it seems in this community is people complain about something bad people do and when someone pulls away from it and wants to end that problem they just go after them about their past.
