This type of realistic scenery might be the only reason I keep FS 2004, since the default methods for reproducing much of the terrain are not that convincing to me.I hope they do the Pacific North-West in the next installment.

Looks good, but from what I understand the Megascenery installer automatically adjusts your display settings down in a variety of ways to accomodate its needs. I think that's a travesty, no program should mess with your settings like that. It assumes their scenery is going to be the only place you plan to fly.Mine's going back unopened unless I hear that setting changes are only optional.Best,Joel

I haven't tried Megascenery but I doubt it changes any settings...it possibly installs different texture sets depending on video memory...would make sense because of the detail of this scenery.If they ever make a similar scenery for the Seattle, Portland or Boston area I will buy it for sure.
