says 747-400X not in cart

Hi! i am trying to purchase the PMDG 747-400X off precisionmanuals.com, but there is a large problem. When I add the product to my cart, and hit checkout, it says "Your cart is empty." I try it over and over again, but it doesn't work. If somebody knows whats going on, that would be great because I really want this 747!!!

Hello and welcome, I'm sure now that you have (will soon have) the queen you will be around here more often in your continued learning so just want to point out that you need to sign your posts with your full name for future reference.Are you using Firefox? It has issues so try IE. If you are using IE, empty your cache and try again. This was asked not too long ago in the General section and would find it for you if I had the time. This should work but let me know if this doesn't and I'll help you find the other post.

No, I'm using Google Chrome. I can use Internet Explorer if I have to but I like Chrome...

okay but now i have a second problem, when i check it out, it says i have 2 of it in the cart, when i only have one i know for sure. any suggestions?

The only suggestion that comes to mind is to re-read what I already post about full names on your posts. Your last name in full is a requirement per this forum rule, not just the initial. As for one of your other answers, I really don't get it. You ask for help, receive the answer then answer like this:
