The release date was said to be today (Sunday - the 19th) - nothing on the web site that indicates where anyone can download it if indeed they made the target date.Can someone clarify please?

Said on the website that it would be out by 2200 or 2300 Eastern Time tonight.

Thanks, downloading now. I very rarely fly in the US in FS so this may give me some incentive to do so.
