September 5, 201015 yr I've gone as far to change up the drivers for my GTX 285, made a fresh install of FS9 and an still having the same problem. This is after I had a hard drive crash and now am trying to reinstall all the sceneries I've purchased from them. Everything comes up right in the addon manager and when I click the buy or reinstall option I get this "please put flight sim in windowed mode (alt+enter) and try again"....I've contacted FSDream team and they've tried to help but I guess I'm still doing something wrong. Any advice would be appreciated because I have a lot of money wasted as of now......
September 6, 201015 yr I'm not sure 100% your problem. Are you having trouble getting into the addon manger menu?In the main FS sim screen put the sim in wondow mode. Then go to your flight like normal and access the addon manager and add you serial and so on.You need to install all the scenery's first and then reactivate them. Al Stiff

When I click on any of them to buy/reinstall a box comes up and says "please put flight sim in windowed mode (alt+enter) and try again. You can go back to full screen mode once this process is completed"" where it would normally have the box to purchase or reinstall their scenery. How do I go into windowed mode off the main screen? I've only accessed the addon manager when I create a flight.

September 6, 201015 yr Yes happens to me too. Just do what it asks you to do. And you will be just fine. The eserrerate can't display in fullscreen mode on some PC's.
September 7, 201015 yr Thank you guys so much for the advice, I finally figured out what everyone is talking about! It works fine when I go to windowed mode. I've never had to do that before when installing those scenery's. I have all but one scenery reinstalled and that's because I can't find the product receipt......hopefully I can retrieve KLAS!
September 7, 201015 yr Commercial Member I've never had to do that before when installing those scenery's.That message was added fairly recently. Since some video drivers have trouble displaying a standard Windows dialog box when in Full Screen, the program now checks if you are in Full Screen and if you are, will suggest to put FS9 into Windowed mode before reactivating so, there's no risk of not being able to see the registration dialog that asks for your Serial Number. Of course, this is just temporary, and you can return to Full Screen mode after the reactivation is done.I'm sorry if the message is not clear enough, perhaps we should also add the same keypress that activates Windowed mode (ALT+Enter) it's also used to go back to Full Screen. I have all but one scenery reinstalled and that's because I can't find the product receipt......hopefully I can retrieve KLAS!That's a FAQ:http://www.fsdreamteam.com/faq.htmlBut it's actually very easy to do:I have lost my Email receipt, how can I reactivate my product ?You can go to Esellerate support site here:http://store.esellerate.net/supportYou can retrieve your Order History, by inserting the email you used to purchased the product, then press the "E-Mail Order History" button. Having your Order, will allow to use the server-assisted Reinstall. If you want to know your Serial Number, insert your Order Number and Email, then press the "Submit" button on the Esellerate support site: this will enter inside your Order Page, with option to see your original Email Receipt, that contains also your Serial Number.
