Please help - Can only make large changes in hdg/alt/obs bugs

I can only make large changes in the various bugs in FS2004. For example, clicking on the alt bug will only change it in thousands and the OBS/hdg bugs will only move in increments of 10. I vaguely recall this happening when I got FS2002 and I had to change something but I can't remember what. Anyone? ThanksDavid

weird...this happened to me last night, for no reason, very strange. The FS2k2 fix was to utilize FSUIPC, in FS2k4 I have no idea.

CPU: Core i5-6600K 4 core (3.5GHz) - overclock to 4.3 | RAM: (1066 MHz) 16GB
MOBO: ASUS Z170 Pro |  GeForce GTX 1070 8GB | MONITOR: 2560 X 1440 2K

FSUIPC ---> check Fix Control Acceleration This corrects the problem in Bill Grabowski's ERJ panel in FS9.
