Running FS9 installed in Win98 while in XP OS

Hi;Having installed XP (home0 on a seperate partition/disk than Win98se, I find that while in XP I can load the FS9 from the Win98 partition. Anybody do this for a while and do you get the Win XP smootherness. I doult it uses any of Win98's cache scemes because they were never loaded.All is VAT32. By the way is this FAT32 bad for XP?ALlen

I did find this out:By tweaking FS8,cfg of the Win98 partition to MipMap=2 (which I never do) I loaded FS9 up from XP, and it used the FS9.cfg already in the XP partition cause it was =6 (loaded FS9 into both systems but NOT tweaked to =2 in XP) and yes it was mipmap=6 once I ran FS9 BUT the =2 was still there in the Win98 cfg.BUT >>>> it uses the scenery files in Win98 partition evidenced when I went in to edit the scenery addons, and they were as the one in Win98 are, as I have yet to transfer all the scenery to XP, so I noticed that.so it is Allen
