MD-11 visual models

Recommended Posts

Hello everyone, first time posting here as I have just bought and installed the PMDG MD-11! Upon loading it after installing it the exterior and VC views are a bit buggy. On the exterior model the only thing that is very detailed is the vertical stab and the winglets, the rest of the model is so blurry you cant even make out the doors. And the same on the virtual cockpit. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks Justin

Actually to add on to this, when in the virtual cockpit, hardly any of the buttons can be pushed or switches toggled. The 2d cockpit is just a brown screen where the gauges should be.

Ok, so I squared away the visual exterior and vc problem by changing some settings.......so here is my next problem....When I load the a/c, it starts with the engines on, and you can taxi it around but in the vc the yoke is deflected to the left, none of the MFD are on and almost none of the buttons are switchable. Any flight control imputs are not recognized and the aircraft can not be controlled. So my question is, Is this an install issue? or does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this great a/c? Thanks in advnaceJustin
