727 panel question...

Hi,I wonder if Richard Probst's wonderful 727 panel is fully compatible with FS2004.I'd love to get feedback from anybody who has tried it in FS2004.Thanks Twister

Twister,Some weeks ago, (when FS2004 came out) I first tried Richards panel in FS2004, everything worked except the AP panel, which didn't show up on the panel display. I wrote Richard that there was a problem with this and he returned 'thanks for the heads up, and I will be working on it.' Since then I have heard nothing . . . however, I am sure, with as many fine panels as Richard has given us, he is working on it and will release it as soon as he finds the solution. Hi,Richards panel works excellent in FS2004.The only thing you have to do inorder to make the AP show up, is to open up the panel.cfg file.Then you scroll down until you find the AP section. It should look exactly as below:(Window03) ()= Bracketssize_mm=400, 300position=2BACKGROUND_COLOR=16,16,16VISIBLE=0ident=26gauge00=Rp727!ap,0 ,197, 400, 103gauge01=Rp727!radio1, 0,84, 200, 113gauge02=Rp727!radio2, 200, 84, 200, 113gauge03=Rp727!transp, 200, 0, 200, 84gauge04=Rp727!adf, 0, 0, 200, 84Notice now that the comma is placed directly after the AP gauge name. In FS2004 it is extremely important that the first comma is placed directly after the gauge name.Now you can enjoy Richards excellent panel also in FS2004. ;-)Fly safe,Staffan Ahlberg
