Windscreen goes blue in rain

First off, let me say I love my Carenado aircraft. When I upgraded to FSX, I installed the FS9 versions to FSX and downloaded and installed the the upgrade patches-UPCARC182QFSX and UPCARCU206GIIFULLFSX - for my FS9 versions of the C182Q and the Stationair. I also have installed the C206 SOUND PATCH.The aircraft work fine except when it starts to rain. Then the VC windscreens turns an opaque light blue. Is there a fix for this? I know that MS eliminated the VC rain effect in FSX, but other default and add-on aircraft don't have the same problem in the rain. Thanks for your help.BTW- I run my Dell XPS 630 with Windows Vista 64 and FSX Gold.

Overshoe,Thank you very much for pointing me in the right direction. The fix from Flight1 worked perfectly. It tooks seconds to install. Now it's time to do a little IFR in the rain!Thanks to Flight1 also!Bill
