current runway configuration at EBBR?

any-one can tell me?at my hope I could see a Virgin 737 and a DAT BAE very low,so I thought runway 20 is used for landing right now?NOTAM's say ILS rwy 25L is out of service

Current NOTAMS for EBBR, A lot more NOTAMS for this airport, but most the rest pretty much pertain to the construction going on there.Data Current as of: Wed, 15 May 2002 00:01:00 GMTA0123/02 - ILS CAT 3 RWY 25L AVAILABLE 12 FEB 08:00 UNTIL PERMA0195/02 - RECENTLY, SOME PILOTS REPORTED FALSE CAPTURES DURING THE ILS APPROACH AT BRUSSELS AIRPORT. REGULAR FLIGHT CHECKS DEMONSTRATE THAT THE ILS-EQUIPMENT IS OPERATING ACCORDING TO THE ICAO REQUIREMENTS OF ANNEX 10, VOLUME 1. HOWEVER, EARLY CAPTURES OF ILS LOCALIZER MAY CAUSE HEADING DEVIATIONS OR EVEN CAUSE FALSE CAPTURES. PILOTS SHOULD CHECK THAT THEIR AIRBORNE EQUIPMENT IS OPERATING ACCORDING TO PARA 3.1.3.7.4., NOTE 3 OF ICAO ANNEX 10.
