vnav won't hold cruise altitude

hi guys.Whenever i climb to my cruise altitude vnav path engages fine but all that happens is I keep on climbing, it just won't stop I then retake manual control but the systems don't do anything I check the eicas stat page and the elevators are working just nothing happens. And it holds any other altitude but not the cruise!!!!!! Any help will be greatly appreciated!

We've seen a few cases of this in support tickets - do you by any chance have Adobe AIR installed? I know it sounds weird, but that seems to be a common link in this... it may be modifying the .air file automatically.

Thanks for the Insight Ryan.Looks like I did have it hmmm? I uninstalled it although I have yet to check if it worked (will keep you informed on progress). Is this a definite fix?Kind Regards
