How to enter holding pattern on SEA VOR 140 degree radial ?May anyone give me some suggests. Thanks..

After crossing the VOR, follow the 110 radial out bound for one minute, then make a standard rate turn and fly inbound, remembering to tune your NAV1 to 320.You are holding ON the 140 radial, which means your inbound course is the reciprocal.
