Hello _____. Please sign your posts with your full name per forum rules, thanks. The answer is no, FSX standard flight plans are a different format used by PMDG aircraft. There are several ways to get a PMDG route though. You could use VROUTE Premium, FSBuild or manually enter your route in the FMC and then save it for use another day is the easiest method for me.

I'm sorry if this sounds like an ad, but the best thing I've found is FS Commander. I use it to set up flight plans, save them in the PMDG specific folder & they'll load right into the fmc when you're doing the preflight/startup. Plus it's a handy tool to have if you're starting in an unfamiliar airport. Between the map & GPS function, you can zoom in & follow yourself along the taxiways so you don't get turned around.EDIT: It's a good idea to make sure both the PMDG 747-400 and FSC have the same navdata installed. I used navigraph.com for the updates, but there are probably others.
