Activation Problem

Hello allJust getting back into FS after a lengthy illness and convalescence.When I launched my J41, I got the old not activated error message, but have no idea why. I'm sure all was well before.Can someone please point me in the direction of a thread or discussion where this dealt with, or give a reminder.As I recall, I should NOT be uninstalling and reinstalling. I just don't recall exactly what I SHOULD be doing.Thanks

You should not install it on more then one computer, and now You should contact PMDG via support ticket or wait till someone from PMDG will appear on forum.

Hi Phil, Long time no see and good to see you getting back into it.The only way is to open a support ticket with PMDG. I'm not sure if you seen the new support portal but have a look. Of course having post your thread, that will hopefully get people in support to help you faster.

Hi DanThanks, it's good to BE back. Lot's of new names here in a short space of time eh?I've raised a ticket as suggested. That's all new - wasn't up & running when I was last here I don't think.I've had some more surgery on what's left of my 'grey matter' and boy does it make it hard to use FS :( Concentration was never my strong point at best, but now..... Oh dear, my poor, poor passengers :(

I didn't notice before but Grzegorz beat me to the punch by 1 minute, hehe. Glad you followed our advice, hopefully you'll be up in the air sooner than later.At least you have Grey matter, all I have is "doesn't matter" :( Seriously though, I hope things get better now that you had the work done, time will tell I suppose. Hard to trust doctors for me, they don't know crap, after all that's why they call it "A Practice" :( . Well, enough of my slap stick. Time to hit the showers and stuff my face,,, some turkey perhaps.
