Featured Replies

Hello,as you can see in my attached pic the lift towards the rock of Gibraltar hangs in the air.As this might be an architectural revolution I guess in my case it's a scenery error. Some idea of:a) how to fix it:( what bgl must be deleted to get rid of these lift thing ?

Seems a mesh problem? Addon mesh installed? Get rid of it. If not try the usual reinstall.Rob

No such problem with my version.... I suggest you try reinstalling.Toni.

Have reinstalled with no luck.Do Sim-Wings have a dedicated forum for their customers ?

I don't know if they have a dedicated forum but I'm sure they'll answer a support email.....I can't imagine why this 'phenominon' is happening to some and not others - after all, it's the same scenery and texture files. Only thing I can imagine is that some unlucky people may have had some sort of glitch while downloading, resulting in a slightly corrupt file? Please let us know when you get to the bottom of it.Toni.

Solution:I guess a lot of guys have TerraMesh South Spain running in FS2004.TerraMesh rulz over any other Mesh installed by a scenery. No matter what.As Gibraltar 2004 comes with it's own Mesh, it's overidden by TerraMesh. If you disable TerraMesh South Spain, the problem stated above does not occur. As said, it does not matter if TerraMesh is listed in the Scenery Configuration above or below Gibraltar. TerraMesh rulz until it's disabled. So the question is: How do these unlucky guys patch a specific TerraMesh BGL to let the Gibraltar Mesh pass through. The problem here is as always: LAGO (TerraMesh) -> Problem of Gibralter producer, Gibralter Maker = Problem of TerraMesh. The idiot is the customer, as always.
