Q and A time on the 737

Recommended Posts

These will be simple for some and for some they might have to look it up but lets have some fun! OK here goes:1) You are on approach for landing and you select the landing gear down. The Nose gear light is GREEN, the Left gear light is GREEN but the right gear light is RED what does this mean and are you able to land?Oh yeah, they are multiple choice! After first correct answer we continue with question #2!

Red indicates gear not locked. Provided overhead right main gear light is green it's likely a sensor problem and it is safe to land.Cam Jones

I'd retract the gear and go for a belly on the grass. Then step on the rudder to head for the gate! If I was in New York I'd try the Hudson thing, or even more challenging the East River!
