October 14, 200322 yr I bought a yoke and rudder pedals (yoke is CH Products and pedals are Pro Pedals) which connect using gameport. I have Windows XP and luckily they work, but I have problems configuring the throttle. The problem is that for some reason I cannot make the throttle work, since the configuration should be 6-buttom flight yoke w/two POVs and throttle, but when I choose this option the Status column shows not connected. If I choose the the same option without the throttle it works fine. I guess this is the incompatibility with XP, which is not so serious considering that I bought the controls for a 100 less than the USB costs. Unfortunately using the F2 and F3 buttoms make the throttle control quite difficult.Does anyone know if there is a solution to this problem?Or is it possible to make the yoke, pedals and joystick work at teh same time? I have a USB joystick which throttle works fine and it is still connected to my PC.Leo
October 14, 200322 yr Go here:http://www.chproducts.com/retail/tech_support_pc.htmland download chlang08.exe These are the correct drivers for WinXP. You need to remove anything that you have in the Control Panel/Game Controllers, then run this program. It will create a folder c:chdrivers. Then open that folder and run the setup.exe. Then you need to open the Control Panel/Game Controllers and select the CH FlightSim Yoke from the list. Then calibrate and you should be good to go. To help with the engines returning to idle when you close the throttle it; change your FS9.cfg file in the JOYSTICK_MAIN section, replace your lines with these:AXIS_EVENT_02=AXIS_THROTTLE_SETAXIS_SCALE_02=127AXIS_NULL_02=1Jim
