The PFC yoke I used was extremly 'weak' in forces (you could move it with your pinky) - it felt exactly as a yoke when aircraft is sitting on the tarmac. This is not the response you get when flying.
Well if you ever tried to move the yoke on the tarmac (assuming engines and pumps off) you'd be surprised it would hardly ever move. It eventually would, but you need way more force than in flight... at least as long as we're talking 738 not C152 here, then it's the other way round, somehow Big%20Grin.gif

They will usually do this with engines running and sufficient hyd pressure.sig.gif

Regarding waiting a long time for games, Duke Nukem Forever is finally coming out in 2011 after something like 14 years and I'm still probably going to buy it haha. Duke 3D was the first PC game I really played - used to do modem games with friends in high school.

I'll definately be buying Duke Nukem Forever too, though I was raised on Wolfenstein 3D and the LucasArts space sims (XWing, Tie Fighter, XWing vs Tie Fighter)...man, I would love to have those remade...perhaps PMDG is up to the task? :(

Moving the control yoke with engines off and without hydraulic pressure is extremely tough. With hydraulics on and sufficient pressure, moving the control yoke has a normal feel to it.

FAA: ATP-ME, 737 CA, enough time in the 757/767 to be dangerous 🤠

I still remember when the first of Sid Meiers Civilization came out back in '91. That cost me a lot of sleep and missing a few classes in school.

I guess the average age here is 30+... so funny; no matter what country you live in, people think and do the same. I lost a lot of sleep in these days too. No ,matter if you live in the USA, Brazil, Norway or Holland! Look at te NGX discussions for the last few months. Everybody all over the world wants the same and is hoping for the same excellent aircraft. All jointed together. Oh boy, Christmass is coming! This is the true spirits of xmass!
