December 4, 201015 yr Commercial Member Currently there are two issues still ongoing stemming from the server upgrades that happened earlier this week:1. Liveries, service pack and potentially other downloads from the PMDG site not working. Here is the temporary workaround for this until we get it fixed:Right click the link that isn't working and chose "Copy URL Location" "Copy Link Address" or something similar depending on your browser - in this example I'm using the MD-11 FSX service update:Paste the link into the browser address bar - in this case, you get: http://75.126.63.20/file_library/servupd/PMDGMD11_FSX_Update_v1.20.0055.zip Change the IP address "75.126.63.20" to "downloads.precisionmanuals.com" and press enter - the link should work and the file will download.2. We're trying to figure out why the ticket system isn't sending out verification emails for new accounts for some users.If you DID receive the verification email, but it doesn't work or times out, try the following:When you get the link, it'll have something like this at the start of it: http://support.precisionmanuals.com:9996/(rest of link) Copy the link out of your email, paste it into the browser's address bar and then remove the port number (the ":9996") from the link, press enter/go and it should work and activate your account.
