Looks decent, but keep in mind, the CRT looks different to the camera because it doesn't see like our eye, so using an image taken by a camera for a baseline, without brightness and color correction is going to lead you astray from the actual color scheme. That is to say, you matched the camera image colors well, but the camera is reacting both to the direct light from the tube output and the reflected light from the tube glass, leading to levels distortion. Sitting in front of the thing and looking at it, however, PMDG got it spot on from the start.
