where to find free charts (approach plates) for the US?

Hi,where can I find free charts (approach plates) for the US?Does anybody have some links?Thanx for every reply.Regards Frank.

No links, but if you live near an Air Force installation, you can usually call "Base Operations" or one of the flying squadrons on the base, and ask if they have any outdated FLIP. This might be a good day to ask as well, it being friday, and new approach plates were just released.

Hi,I love www.MyAirplane.com, section 'NOAA approach plates'...They're not that beautiful but there are loads of them and they're free!...Hope this helps,Best wishes,Pierre Shlimon
