Hey guys I have a question about upgrading my gpu. My current setup is a Q6600 at 3.2 ghz, 4 gb ram, vista 32, 8800gt, and I run GEX, FEX, UTX, and alot of plane addons. I use Bojotes recommended config and I am pretty pleased with my performance. But of course always looking for more. I would like to upgrade to a I7 p67 but I cant justify it right now for one program. Would I see any noticable performance increase if I went with say a GTX470? They seem to be pretty decently priced now. Thanks for your input.

Hi, i think you will see a noticable performance boost, if you´ll get the GTX 470. Your 8800gt has 112 processor cores and the GTX 470 448. So there will defnetly a performance boost. I´m going to get her, if I´ll have enough money. The other thing you could do to get more power out of your system is to overclock your system. (Or is it allready overclocked?)
