Dual RXP430s in the Baron

Recommended Posts

Hmmm. That maybe why. I thought my purchase was the 430/530 and it had options for the 430 so it is highly possible

Must documentation is for both units then. I am 100% sure it is an error on my part. I'll check in a bit

You are a genius. That was the problem. I guess I was very confused and thought I had both and tried to install a 430. All I had to do was change the 430 to a 530 in the CFG

How Do I add this gauge to other aircraft?  I have the Carenado 172N on floats and it has the old school radios.  Is there away that I can remove those radios from the panel.cfg and add the RXP530 to it?

Is is different for every aircraft... for the older releases, you can sometimes change the VC and it will work.

For the newer releases, Carenado uses 3d modeling in the cockpit and the user cannot change it.

Try editing the panel.cfg file, replacing the radios by an rxp gns gauge and see what happens..

It is mostly trial and error, I am afraid.

You can always go the popup route..
