chance of re downloading after 1 year?

Hello ForumI have previously purchased this magnificent bird, this was exactly 11 months ago. Roughly 3 months ago I had purchased a new computer so reinstalled everything. I did back up onto an external hard drive and a DVD, but both no longer seem to work, the disk was dirty and had a lot of big marks on it. the hard drive was never able to be recognized with the computer.now my question is, is there a way of re downloading this plane after all these months without purchasing it again?? Dear Sean,go to http://www.precisionmanuals.com/ and login under your account name. You will be able to see your old orders. If you select order detail, there is a link for downloading purchased software.Best regardsPetr

Hi i had the same problem had to get the extended download puchase, than put in a support ticket to reactivate the download link again
