Livery installation problem

Hi allI'm trying to install a livery I downloaded from AVSIM for the 737-700 with winglets and despite my best efforts, I am just not seeing this livery in the FS9 menu for aircraft selection. Below is a copy of my aircraft.cfg file for this aircraft. If someone could come up with a fix, I'd be grateful. I've highlighted the relevant entry in red. The folder is saved as "texture.raaf" in the B737-700 winglets folder. Many thanks to Paul Gollnick, Mgr Customer Support at PMDG. Problem diagnosed as me not running FS9 as Administrator. Ran as such and the livery showed up!

Exactly the same problem - and I DID right click on the exe file and run as administrator.It's in the aircraft.cfg file but on on the selectable list. Bloody Windows 7 - I never had this problem on the old XP computer.
