March 28, 201115 yr Hi, I just wanted to let the Flight sim community know, as I am sure many all ready know, just how good the costumer service is over at Real Air. I made a mistake on down loading my upgrade for the Duke turbine. I emailed Real Air and Rob fixed me up right away with no questions asked. Also as many of you have already said in other posts, the duke turbine is even better the the duke 60, I could not agree more! So if you have not tried a product from Real Air yet you might want to hop on over and try something, especially the duke turbine, you won't be disappointed.
