Hi.I'm new to simulator (FSX and XPlane) and to this forum. Hello to you all.A few days ago I purchased the download version of Radar Contact. After buying I received a Paypal confirmation that the payment had been made.I haven't received any other response - no link to any download or email.Just to confirm, it was the download version I bought and not the physical CD.I'm getting concerned and I have started a Paypal dispute which I didn'tespecially want to do but I've had no reply to my emails.I'd like to think that something has just gone wrong and it can be sortedbut I've had no reply to messages.If anyone can offer any help and or please just ease my concerns that thisis normal for RC? I don't want to just lose $53.ThanksChris

Have you checked your SPAM folders for jdtllc.com? First insure jdtllc.com is allowed through your PC and ISP spam filters. 'jd' is out of office until Monday night but he should respond about then. He can check your order and provide further information. You can also e-mail [email protected] for more information giving your date of order and be sure you use the e-mail address you ordered from.In this current week he has been/is out of town for two long durations on personal business and will attend to your needs when he returns.No one else can service your download request.Please be sure once you get the download that jdtllc.com is cleared through your ISP and SPAM filter so the registration/key delivery process will not be blocked.You will see that there have been no other complaints.The actual delivery for downloads is on a different domain which will be included on your return with the link.If this can not be resolved your purchase fee will be refunded prior to your activating your registration I'm sure.

Hi. Thanks for the replies. All my spam is directed into a specific spam folder where I have checked it. I have had a response from support now - thanks - and it's being dealt with so I'm waiting for a new download link.May be there was just a glitch somewhere, either my provider or someone elses and bad timing with people away.I really can't wait to use it though, I've read great reviews.

Why not get ahead? Read the tutorials and download the manual from:http://www.jdtllc.com/documentation.htmandhttp://www.jdtllc.com/FAQ.htmAfter you do your install get the latest FSUIPC and makerwys.exe versions from the download links pinned at the forum top. Then run your scenery rebuild once more to insure airport scenery data is correctly ingested.
