Flight Sim 2004 - Melbourne, Australia

Recommended Posts

Guest N.J.

I attended an open day at a flying school in Melbourne yesterday and when I walked in the door, one of the instructors was demonstrating FS2004.To my great surprise, MELBOURNE - my home town - was a featured city (whereas in the past is was not...Sydney was and probably has always been of course) but I only got a quick 10 second view before we started talking about courses etc. etc.I've already downloaded a 3rd party version of Melbourne for FS2002 some time ago but would like to compare it to Microsoft's version in FS2004 before going and buying it.So in other words, I was just wondering if any generous people out there might post some screen shots for me so I can get an idea whether Microsoft has modeled Melbourne in great detail or whether they've just done 3 buildings and made the rest autogen. Thanks everyone

All they have done is a small handful of buildings, the rest is autogen.A new version of the Melbourne CBD has just been released. There is also a brilliant Moorabin scenery.Check out http://www.aussim.com.auGreat site :)
