USA. That's it, so far.

 

FL, CO, KS, MO, DC, VA, WV, NY, NJ, TX, NE, IL, WI, and some other states in between from driving to and fro.

Neat thread, resurrected it would appear.

 

My list is small, but well traveled within. Canada (BC, Alberta (home!), Saskatchewan, Ontario), US (Montana, Oregon, Idaho, Wyoming, California, Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado, Utah, Nebraska, N & S Dakota, Kansas, Missouri, Hawaii), Italy, France. I guess I've seen the inside of a few European airports, but I don't think that counts. :rolleyes:

Home: The Netherlands

 

Europe: UK (typing this in London in fact), Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Poland (just a small corner en-route to:) Czech Republic, Austria, Switzerland, France, Belgium, Portugal, Spain (just Majorca and Menorca, never the mainland), Italy, Vatican City, Malta, Greece.

 

Africa: South Africa, Zimbabwe

 

Oceania: Australia

 

America: USA, Canada

 

Asia: Taiwan. If we count 2 hours on the ground while they clean the plane, also Thailand and Singapore

 

Israel will be added to the list this summer

Taiwan - Mainly at the south end but also around Kaohsiung and Taipei

Home: USA - There is so much here that I have neglected to visit...

Asia: China / Hong Kong / Taiwan, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore

Europe: Italy

North America: Canada, United States

Oceania: Australia, New Zealand

 

Interestingly, I almost exclusively fly European short-haul flights.
