Failed validation

Hello:I just purchased the 747-400X and during the install process it requires a user invormation valadiation as you probably already know but when I fill in the information request it always says valadiation failed. I use windows 7 64 and fligt sime X. Anyone have any ideas what may cause this as I would like to fly this AC?Regards,Ronald Neil

Are you filling in the fields exactly as your PMDG account has it?(I bought mine in a store so didn't have the validation process, just guessing here)
