Can't download from Library

For the last month or so I cannot download from AVSIM. I can download fron any other site but this one. Am using win7 64 and IE9. Tried turning off virus protection (which I shouldn't). Any Ideas

ANYBODY ??? I've posted on the Library fourm. I've emailed the Library Mods (No Response). Have downloaded here for years. Files I would like to get. Thanks for ANY help.Brad

Have you tried this address for library help?"If you have any questions, please email them to library@avsim.com "They are normally good about responding. Perhaps a response went into your Spam box?
