ISG GNS-FMS no coupling with SP177

Recommended Posts

Hi everybody. Finally i give up. After several test, there is no way to connect in my FSX either ISG GNS or FMS to SP177 LNAV. I've tried CIVA INS and work great, LNAV annunciator light work fine also. If a push the original NAV/RAD switch in the panel, HSI show wrong data and always the same, no matter the route I load into GNS/FMS. I've checked the panel.cfg entries from Bob and I prepeared my owns variations but the same. My FSUIPC registered copy is v4.25. Any idea???Thanks in advance.Regards/Sebastian/SAAR

Did you add "ISG" to the title= line of your aircraft in the aircraft.cfg or set "ISGEquipped 1" in the tm.ini file?

All airplanes variations equiped with GNS/FMS have the "ISG" included in the title=line but not working. The same problem I have with engines type (9/15/17)Now I set the TM.ini file "ISGEquipped =1" and works fine. Thanks Bob. I don't know why my sim don't load the variations from the aircraft.cfg, but I can live with that.Regards/Sebastian/SAAR

It's case-specific...both options must be in capital letters to workWhat is on the title= line that doesn't work?

Bob, options in title=line are always in capital letters but still not working. The sim don't recognize ISG or engines (JT8D-9 or JT8D-15) from aircraft.cfg so I change the TM.ini when I load another config than default. Anyway the aircraft and the panel works fine for me. Thank for your excellent work.Regards/Sebastian/SAAR

Are you using the spanish-language version of Windows and/or FSX? I'm wondering if it may be related to unicode characters in the non-US versions of either/both Windows and FSX.
