May 18, 201115 yr Funny, but I used to work on the Harpoon Program (they were built in the McDonnell Douglas St Charles facility across the Missouri River from STL). We were required by law to include a warranty clause in our contract. But here's the thing: The warranty clause was priced into the contract.
