May 25, 201115 yr CYEG its small ad it has a building in progress -Brandon Danyluk CYEG The easiest part of flying is getting off the aircraft
May 26, 201115 yr KBOI would be a good one not too big but in a great area and a great 737 airport Fairbanks and/or Juneau would be cool too. HNL, MEX, EWR and EZE are two airports which never get the respect they deserve in the FS world. But if you want downloads the pick that comes to my mind right away is KMIA!! Fly tampa did KMIA years ago and the airport is completely different. Two new huge and modern terminals, more gates etc.. Why no one has done MIA in the payware world I do not know. It would sell. MIA is such an aviation hub. Steven Herzberg Steven Herzberg, "I rather be flying"
May 26, 201115 yr PHJR (Kalaeloa) would be nice. Its a decent size and can easily accommodate the NGX. Its also a nice alternative to PHNL if you're doing private charters (unless its international. Sorry but we don't have customs here.) Especially if your passengers are staying at Ko'olina or the new disney resort. Another airport that I would actually love even more is KVNY (Van Nuys). May 26, 201115 yr CYLW Kelowna BC Canada is a great little strip in the Cascade mountains. Regulairly serviced by Westjet 737's. ILS RWY 16 can be a fun approach in low vis/night flights. Not to mention the beautiful scenery around BC's wine country. "To most the sky is the limit but to me it's home" Rick Harms (CYVR) i7 [email protected] (for now) asus p6t v2, 6gb ocz 1600 CL7 ram. May 26, 201115 yr How about St Louis Lambert (KSTL)? Nobody has done that one, the airport has a significant amount of traffic, and there are plenty of us that live in its vicinity that could contribute with photos.+1You could even model the recent tornado damage...
May 26, 201115 yr That is true. I don't think a 737 can land there. What about London City airport? Does it has any payware scenery?Yes, sadly. Gary Summons' (UK2000) EGLC is included on UK VFR Airfields as well as Aerosoft's version. I'd suggest Southend Airport (EGMC), closed airports such as Stapleton (XDEN), Kemayoran (WIID, as of 1979/1983 incl. Jakarta VFR) and Croydon (EGCR). Dave. May 26, 201115 yr Author Picked up Tucson but since I can get more resources with Bing I'm thinking of many other airports and Chicago Midway as well even if it's more than 2 runways. Kansas City airport Sagga Toure
May 26, 201115 yr Another thought.PMDG will/may give us RNP approaches for this 737. This would be something very special. It would be neat to have airport which has such approach available. There are not many around.Just 2 quickly come to mind (in US):Juneau, Alaska.Palm Springs, California.both surrounded by absolutely striking scenery. There are also some RNP-capable airports in Canada and Australia. There was recently a whole thread here about the RNP and some additional airports were listed there. Michael J.
May 26, 201115 yr I think there is no scenery of Boeing Field so i'd like to see one to do the first test flights with the NGX ;) regards, Alexander Marx

You gave me another idea. I have to pick one otherwise I'm gonna found even more airports and it will be hard to pick. I like the fact that it has fewer objects (buildings) and the scenery looks simple and interesting. Sagga Toure
May 26, 201115 yr And Palm Springs has one advantage - its RNP approach is published. The scenery is phenomenal too. Many corporate jets with synthetic vision avionics show off their cockpits at this airport since it makes good photo op with instruments turned on. When the editor of FLYING was reviewing the latest Gulfstream 550 - this is where they were landing to demo synthetic vision. Michael J.
May 26, 201115 yr EGCB - City Airport Manchester, formerly Barton Aerodrome. It was the original Manchester (England) airport, and they claim to have the oldest purpose built control tower still in use in Europe. This is included in UK2000 VFR Volume 3, its a nice rendition of it too, I live about 5 miles away and have flown from there in real life. Plus with VFR 3 you get a whole more nicely modelled airports of the north of England.UK2000 VFR Airfields Vol 3 Regards,Alan Norris Live Video Stream : http://www.twitch.tv/aystertv
May 28, 201115 yr Author I have finally decided to make San Diego Intl (KSAN). There is an fs9 version by flyTampa but I couldn't find any FSX version. Plus it has many advantages for me. It's only one runway, few taxiways and 2 terminals. It's a good start for first payware project. It also has a lot of 737 and the approach is a bit challenging (Number 10 most extreme airport by History.tv). So get ready with the coming NGX and you'll have a nice airport to try out your piloting skills! KSAN expected release date before August 8th. Sagga Toure
