How to fix texture lines and purple greenish colors of clouds?

Featured Replies

Hey guys, when I fly through clouds I get kind of greenish or purple textures, not real blatant, but subtle. Also just viewing the sky, you can see lines that make up the sky, I'm guesing this is not normal? Anyone have any suggestions, I would appreciate your help. Thank you.

In the main graphics options panel, do you have your resolution set to a 16 bit or 32 bit color depth? For example, 1920x1080x16 would be 16 bit which will give color banding like you are seeing. However, even with 32 bit color depth you might still see some banding when the color changes in the sky are very subtle.

I have 32 bit set. So are you saying this is pretty normal to see what I'm seeing?
