They probably sold a plane to an airline down there, but I'm guessing that a 737 won't make the journey with out a fuel stop or two... or three.

Highly unlikely - FABM runway length is 1175m and no customs facilities for immigration. Perhaps it is being broken up and transported by road thereCheersBriz Govender

I'm guessing it's a data entry issue (technical term for typo), the normal flight's destination (KBHM) sharing a few letters and close keyboard spacing with FABM. A ferry flight would probably have a 9XXX flight number anyway.

I tend to agree with this assumption.EDIT: Would this have been a data entry issue on SWA's part, or FloghtAware's part?

Let's hope the flight crew don't experience the same data entry issue Nail%20Biting.gif

LOL, good one Ethan...! They would need a 137 oars to complete that trip... Gives a whole new meaning to "fat fingering" a button on the FMC... LOL

Would be data entry wrong on the swa dispatchers part I believe. Flightaware and others just take the data feed given to them by the filed plan from dispatchers.
