Flight dynamics - updates???

Hmm, sorry to ask probably a FAQ. Can someone please help a rusty ol' FS-simmer to find the latest and better updates of any or all flight dynamics of the default FS2004 aircraft? It's a nightmare out there in the Library! I've spent the last hour or two to find a few things of value. The only FS2004 FD update I came accross was the RealAirSimulationsC172SP, any more like this?ThanksPieter
