Altitude display problem?

Hi fellow pilots. This is something I haven't seen before. What does it mean? please see pic attached.Is it part of the simulation, or is something else wrong? I won't be able to fly if this continues.thanksjools

Ok I fixed it by running the install and running repair. Something to do with the MD11 fonts maybe?I ran the flight1 registry fixer a few days before and I think this may of had something to do with it messing up. Must of changed the path or somthing like that?

All your fonts are wrong in that shot so yeah either missing fonts or the Windows service that controls font linking got turned off.
