When I do the load configuration and then I change COMM 2 to 130.65 and "requesting zero fuel weight" The numbers are way different. The configuration was set to 235, 000 lbs and the voice with the fuel sheet said 292,000. Is this suppose to happen?

Yes,because the Air Movements Loader,i.e. the person in real life overseeing the passenger and baggage loading,also referred to as a LoadMaster in some circles,will have the actual passenger and baggage load weights.And as FS2Crew reflects more or less real life SOPs,this is how a Captain would see it in real life,as just before all cargo doors get closed up,the LoadMaster would bring him/her an actual LoadSheet,i.e. if passengers fail to show scenario.That is why using the Configuration Manager throws up an anomaly.
