Recommended Posts

Hi.Am painting a new 747 texture and when I am on the external painting, I wanna use red color for the tail but it shows a diferent red, between red & white. Just its the real red when layer its on the top, but then there is no details in it. What Im doing wrong?Thank you!

Hello Fleon,If you look in the tail .PSD file, you will see a layer called Vstab Mask. By making this layer invisible , the correct color will be applied. This applies to the FSX paint kit. I'm not sure if this also applies to the PMDG FS2004 paint kit. This layer is used for alignment purposes when trying to change the color on the vstab base color layer.I hope that helps.Regards,Mark
