PMDG 737NGX Livery Availability

Recommended Posts

I think I might have found a part of it.

Also try and make sure there is overlap of the blue color on the fuselage...

Thanks for the research! I was hoping that part of the issue was alpha channel related. While my line problem does not cross a window, what you found might be the cause. I won't be able to work on it until Wednesday night. I'll definitely tweak this area and see what happens. If it works I owe you a big "thank you" my friend.

I overlapped it on both sections yesterday. While it helped some, the line never went totally away. I even tried making sure the edges of the alpha channels were completely filled in down to the pixel level. Maybe what you found will be the right answer.

You are a true artist, Holgi.

In the meantime, I am packing and readying my rendition of Swiss NGs, 600&800. Should be up by tomorrow.

Try mine, or try Holgis! Mine are swiss international "old colors", his is swiss international "new colors".

Hello Steve,

regarding this "line" issue:

I am no painter, but on some of the official repaints of PMDG I had this line, too. If I remember correct, I was able to get rid of this line by choosing a high AA mode in my drivers setting of my Nvidia card. (8S or 8SQ I used to think).

After playing around with the AA settings these lines were not visible any longer in FSX.

I will check this when I am home, if it helps.

Best regards, Joerg

Thank you, sir! It was rather fun to fly. My first commercial flight (as a child passenger) was a WN -200. I miss those cylindrical, loud and smoky engines.

Joerg,

Thanks for the help and the input. I just got home from a long day of kayak fishing...lol. I'll be back painting tomorrow eveing on the TEA bird and working on that challening line. Just checking a few posts tonight before I turn in. BTW...I have my AA settings at 32S in my Nvidia Inspector settings. I'll tune it back and see if that makes a difference,
