I'd say PMDG have sorted out hosting on a cloud environment as this will resolve any server issues. They can add more servers if required, and bandwidth won't be an issue.

An even more intelligent person would realize that waiting a few days would be an even longer wait than just having a slow dowload that takes a few hours longer than it normally would.
