hi bought product,recieved e-mail for of purchase,:04-Aug-2011 08:32:58 PM CT stating thanks for your payment,but nothing in account or no download link,do i add to basket again or wait for second e-mail, a little confused jay

There are many people in this situation. We have been told to raise a support ticket. I just posted asking PMDG for an estimate of the delay to expect for this to be resolved. I am hoping it won't be too long but... who knows...
