Window Heat Switches?

Recommended Posts

These seem to have a mind of their own? I haven't had time to get to that section of the manual but the ON lights keep going off in flight? Is this normal behavior for this system or a glitch?

They will turn themselves off and on to maintain the correct temperature, I believe.

its normal as the window heat system tries to maintain a certain temperature and prevent an overheat, its stated somewhere in the introduction manual

this aircraft does lots of things that others have never done before hehe. Its no suprise when little things like this come up. Its a case of learning your way around. Someone who flies a real 737 would feel right at home hehe.

They regulate themselves to either 100 or 110 degrees. I can't remember for sure. It is not uncommon to see them turn off on the ground when it is hot. I have never seen them turn off in flight but usually when we are near the ground where it might be hot out I am not looking at the window heat switches. If they are turning off in flight in the simulation there may be a tweak needed for realism.
