Unable 250 KTS at XXXXX

Featured Replies

Hello, what is the problem Here? Sometimes when I´m feeding the CDU for a flight I get the message "Unable 250 KTS at XXXXX) Don´t no how to deal with that. As you can see there are no constraints before waypoint EKLAM. So what is wrong here? When I cancel the message it comes back again when I enter something into the CDU. Thanks,Holger unable5rnx.jpg

Hi Holger. Do you still have the 240/10000' restriction in the DES page? If you do you are asking it to go faster than this below 10000' at the ELKAM waypoint. CheersDave C

You could fix it by deleting the 240/10000 or change it to 250/10000. (which lots or RW pilots do anyway)

Thank you! I´m still inflight and there is no speed restriction in the DESC page. I tried to enter one but it disappear as soon as I enter it. No error message ...

There SHOULD be a 240/10000 in the 3 or 4L LSK on the DES page. its defaulted to 240. So you either arent looking in the right place or you changed it already. Show a screening of tne DES page.

Hey @all,I've had the same problem "Unable XXX kts at XXX". I found the restriction 250/7000B caused it. After changing to 250/7000 everything worked fine.Regards.
