There seem to be two guys getting it on in the wheel well.

I assume turning off the pilots in the outside view is not saving me any fps since they still seem to be there, only stowed neatly on top of one another! 2011-8-10_12-53-47-893.jpg

Lol! Are FPS that bad that you need to disable the pilots?sad.png
Heavy clouds are killing me. Frames are perfect in clear weather, especially externally. I had turned off the pilots early on before I had made other optimizations. It didn't make a difference, but I never got around to turning them back on. I was outside enjoying the external view during cruise when I zoomed in a little too close and found those guys.

Yeah, clouds are a pain. I noticed that clouds will bring a system to it's knees especially quick if using AA/AF settings other than Nvidia's default for FSX. I've come to terms with this fact, and only use FSX's internal AA and trilinear filtering.

You've gone back to FSX AA and filtering? Am I reading that correct? I haven't tried that.

Not that there's anything wrong with that. LMAO.gif I miss Seinfeld. I'll have to try the AA method you use. You're on a far more robust system than me, so I'm not sure if I'd benefit or not.

Boy seems like those pilots really are disabled! Rolling Eyes.gif

ROFL -- Good one !!!

I don't believe these are simply pilots, it's the Autopilot. I always suggested him down there.smile.png
